The York Group has developed a range of services that will help guide clients through every critical step of their growth.  Having helped hundreds of technology companies expand into markets around the world, they know what works, and they know how to do it cost-effectively.

Market Review and Prioritization

Client and The York Group will jointly agree on a list of up to ten markets for initial review.  These markets will be analyzed at a fairly high level to determine which one or two markets in each region represent the most immediate opportunities, or that have the lowest barriers to entry.  The purpose of the initial review is to eliminate the markets that may have difficult or expensive barriers to entry.  The list of ten prime target markets will then be reduced to the top four markets that present the optimum opportunity for Client. The York Group Country Managers will review these top four markets in-depth.

Channel Development Program

Provides client with a comprehensive international channel development program that can, if desired, be implemented by in-house staff.  This is a step-by-step, fully documented program that provides all of the tools a company will need to,

•  Establish internal policies and procedures that will make the    organisation a more effective partner for its channel;

•  Identify, qualify and sign productive partners; and

•  Manage an international network of channel partners for    maximum profitability.

Building the International Channel
