I have a simple philosophy when doing business with my clients. Give me a chance to sit down and understand what you do, where the gaps are and how I can assist. I try to reduce complexity and help you to achieve your strategic goals by supporting your business.

Many companies create a winning strategy with goals that will grow the business, improve profitability and increase market share. They then allow operational matters to crowd out their strategic goals. They go back to doing what they have always done and, not surprisingly, get the same results they have always got.

When you ask me to come into your business be prepared to be asked many questions, some might seem obvious, even simplistic at times, but it allows me to see what you want to achieve and reflect on what is most important

Whether you want a business plan, channel plan, technology plan, working on marketing programs, advisory services, market research, applying for government grants, document writing or board work, My Master of Management in Entrepreneurship and my 10+ years of working at the coal face have given me a broad skill set to feel comfortable in most environments.

From time to time I add a blog with my thoughts so come back and check as often as you like. My website is uncomplicated as each customers needs are different. Let's talk and see how I can help

Well in fact a feasibility study can be a valuable tool to give the business market insight prior to investing their precious [...]
