Julian Kroll spent eighteen months working for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (formerly Industry New Zealand ) as a Business Development Advisor coaching, supporting and participating with a wide range of companies through the central North Island including the Auckland region. His core focus is round high growth export oriented businesses or those embarking on new revenue opportunities.

Prior to working in the public sector he ran his consulting practice and has worked in the private sector for the majority of his career. His early background lean heavily on his telecommunications experience working for Motorola, Telecom and Telstra in a variety of capacities including Business Development, Online Channel Development, Indirect Channel Management, Corporate Consulting, Direct Sales and Retail Channel Development.

During the last four years his roles have exposed him to most aspects of business activity across a broad range of industry sectors

Julian Kroll 's educational background in recent years includes a post-graduate Diploma in New Ventures (DipBus NVent) from Auckland University and a Master of Management (MMgt) at Auckland University focusing on Entrepreneurship in the business environment.
